Hi Fatal1ty forum,
So basically, fatal1ty said he might compete at tournaments again, if the right game comes along.
At first he was reluctant to play QuakeLive, because it was too similair to QUAKE3 (Even though he said in an interview he really misses playing QUAKE3).
But now, QuakeLive has changed a lot compared to Quake3, and frankly, it's become a completely different game, that is played actively on a professional level.
So why is Fatal1ty not competing? Surely the prize money must be worth practicing for, and it's what he wants right? To compete, show he's the best?
To me it just feels like he forgot where all his current succes came from.
He's a gaming icon, and surely if he'd compete QuakeLive would get more attention, bringing more players to QuakeLive, and it might just influence organisations to give more prize money for QuakeLive tournaments.
Ask any CoD2/Cod4/cs 1.6 or WoW player who k1llsen is, and they most likely won't know, but almost all of them know Fatal1ty.
People thought he wasn't able to achieve anything in Quake4, but then he took one bo3 from toxjq, something nobody else could at that time.
So surely if he'd put effort and time into it, he could be a top contender in QuakeLive.
